Shipping availability depends on the destination, the products ordered, applicable carrier limitations, and legal or regulatory requirements.
The availability of a country or destination during checkout does not override applicable restrictions. PEPTBIO Collection may decline, hold, or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the selected destination.
Orders may require processing and verification before shipment. Processing may include confirmation of payment, order information, product availability, destination eligibility, and other checks reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Applicable processing estimates will be displayed or communicated when commercial fulfillment operations are established.
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery periods will be presented during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, regulatory review, or other circumstances outside PEPTBIO Collection's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reviewing order information before submission.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
Where tracking is available, shipment information will be provided through the applicable order or communication channel after the shipment has been prepared or accepted by the carrier.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipment is created. Carrier tracking records may be used when investigating delivery status or reported delivery issues.
International shipments may be subject to customs review, import controls, documentation requirements, taxes, duties, fees, or other requirements imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.
The ability to purchase a product through the website does not guarantee that the product may lawfully be imported, received, possessed, or used in every jurisdiction. Orders may be restricted or cancelled where applicable requirements prevent fulfillment.
Any allocation of duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges will be disclosed through the applicable purchasing or shipping process once the relevant commercial shipping arrangements are established.
Certain products or destinations may be unavailable due to legal, regulatory, carrier, sanctions, import, export, or operational restrictions.
PEPTBIO Collection reserves the right to restrict fulfillment where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable requirements. Product and destination eligibility may change as laws, regulations, carrier rules, or business operations change.
Shipping delays may occur for reasons outside PEPTBIO Collection's reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, or regulatory review.
If a shipment cannot be delivered or is returned to sender, the circumstances of the shipment will be reviewed before determining the available resolution. Any resolution remains subject to applicable law, carrier conditions, product characteristics, and the PEPTBIO Collection Refund Policy.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, customers should contact Customer Support promptly and retain the shipment, packaging, labels, and relevant documentation while the issue is reviewed.
We may request the order number, photographs, shipping information, or other reasonable evidence needed to investigate the issue. Eligible resolutions will be determined under the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights, if any.
